Privacy Policy

Effective 2 October 2026

This policy explains what information VRByte collects when you visit vrbyte.tech or contact us, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. We keep it short and only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and deliver your project.

1. Who we are

The website and the information it receives are controlled by VRByte Studio, an unregistered business operated by its founders, Saqlain Haider and Husnain Haider ("VRByte", "we", "us"), based in Punjab, Pakistan. For anything related to privacy, email [email protected].

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you send the contact form we receive your name, business email, company name, project category, target platform, estimated budget, timeline and the project details you write. If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you include in that message.

Information collected automatically. Like any website, our hosting provider records basic technical data when pages are requested, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We do not use analytics, tracking pixels or advertising tools, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Please do not send sensitive personal data (for example health information) through the form.

3. How we use it and our legal basis

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
  • To deliver and support a project if you become a client: performing our contract with you.
  • To keep the website secure and working: our legitimate interest in protecting our site and preventing abuse.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations where they apply.

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising or add you to a mailing list.

4. Who we share it with

We only share information with service providers that help us run the website and communicate with you:

  • Web3Forms, which delivers contact-form submissions to our email inbox.
  • Our email provider, which stores the emails we send and receive.
  • Netlify, which hosts the website and keeps the technical logs described above.
  • WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to message us there.
  • YouTube (Google), for project thumbnails and videos (see section 6).

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights. If you become a client, any confidentiality or NDA terms we agree with you apply on top of this policy.

5. International transfers

We work with clients in the Gulf, Europe and the US, and our service providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect your information.

6. Cookies and embedded content

  • Our website does not set cookies and does not use analytics.
  • Fonts are served from our own domain.
  • Project thumbnails are loaded from YouTube's image servers, which means Google receives your IP address when they load.
  • Videos play through YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and only load when you click play. Once a video plays, YouTube may set its own cookies under Google's Privacy Policy.

7. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months of our last contact with you.
  • Client correspondence and project records are kept for as long as we work together and afterwards only as long as needed for support, legal, tax or accounting purposes.
  • Hosting logs are kept by Netlify for a limited period under its own retention policy.

8. How we protect it

The website is served over HTTPS, access to our inboxes is limited to the founders, and we use reputable providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
  • delete your information;
  • restrict or object to how we use it;
  • send your information to you or another provider in a portable format.

Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK and are unhappy with our response, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Children

Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it last changed; significant changes will be highlighted on this page.

12. Contact
