These terms apply to your use of vrbyte.tech, operated by VRByte Studio, an unregistered business operated by its founders, Saqlain Haider and Husnain Haider ("VRByte", "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

These terms cover the website only. Any project we carry out for you is governed by a separate written agreement or accepted proposal, which takes precedence over these terms.

2. Using the website

You may browse the website and share links to it. You agree not to:

• use it in any unlawful way, or to send spam or harmful content through the contact form;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website or the systems that run it, or disrupt them;
• copy or scrape its content in bulk, or use it to build a competing service.

3. Our content and intellectual property

The text, design, logo, images, project videos and demonstrations on this website belong to VRByte or are used with the permission of their owners. You may not reproduce or reuse them commercially without our written consent.

Product names and logos such as Meta Quest, Apple Vision Pro, Unity, HTC Vive and Photon are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to describe the platforms we build for; this does not imply endorsement.

4. Enquiries, quotes and projects

Information on the website, including descriptions of services, process and engagement models, is general and is not an offer. Scope, price, timelines, deliverables and ownership of source code and IP are confirmed only in a written proposal or agreement signed or accepted by both sides.

We treat the project details you send us as confidential, and we are happy to sign an NDA before discovery. How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

5. Third-party services and links

The website links to and embeds third-party services such as YouTube, LinkedIn and WhatsApp. We do not control them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute relating to the website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. If you use the website as a consumer, this does not affect any mandatory rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
